MALAY DILEMMA

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh...

It's My dilemma actually, but bcoz i am malay so i choose title malay dilemma (nk same gak ngn title buku che det) hihi.. Hurm.. Pgi tdi kul 8.30 pgi pegi ke VS gym dekat area simpang pulai dgn my friend k.syikin. K.syikin member kt gym tu so sy leh masuk free.. Mmg besar dan best gym die, alat2 fitness diepun mmg bnyk dri head to toe. Tpi ape yg membezakan satu gym dgn gym yg lain selain alatan dieadalah trainer die. Trainer kt vs ni td ade 2 org. Tpi, k.shikin dh biasa dengn sorng trainer ni nme die en. Fendi.so, mse sampai2 tu k.shikin terus laa wat rutin die, then die mnta trainer tu guide sy. Hihi..
1st time p gym, memule buat cycling 15 min. Pas2 buat cam sit up 20 kali, then jln kaki gne treadmil 1.5km, pas2 ade laa naik turun tngga 20 kali n ade laa abit kind of that exercise. Mmg tercungap2 laa sbb dh lame xexercise. En. Fendi ckp, "dayah, u mmg kne pegi gym". Huhu~ mmg laa nk bro, b4 this segan nk p sbb xde member. Smbil woekout tu mcm2 info yg en.fendi share kan about fitness ni. Kbetuln tdi ade trainee en fendi ni dtg gym, bdn die fit je, ramping cam pmpn2 kurus yg lain. En. Fendi ckp kkk tu dulu under die, setahun setengah workout under die, memule dtg bdn die besar. Skang ni cam xcaye je die pnh gemuk dulu.

Ade mcm2 pakej yg leh amik kat gym ni, antaranya lost weight. En. Fendi tanye ape target sy. Sy kate nak lost weight, biar bmi sy ideal, sesuai dgn tinggi, xramping cam kerengga pun xpe asalkan weight sy turun huhu~. Kalau personal training die akan bgi workout 3 kali seminggu setiap sesi 2 jam n setiap mlm kne bgau die ape yg kite mkn hri tu. Byrnnye rm 270 seumur hidup untuk subscribe sbg ahli n 200 setiap bulan. Not bad, n 4 me cam ok laa. I realy want a trainer to guide me so that i can workout in a right way.

Tetapi tetapi tetapi.. Ianya tidak semudah yg disangka. My parent xagree laa nak buang duit 200 sebulan utk progrm tu. They ask me to buy a house next year. Ye, rumh tu mmg penting sbb aset kan, makin lama makin mhl, umur pun makin tua. So cmno? Klu beli umh kompom xcukup bajet untuk amik personal trainer..
